The Vodnjan – Dragonera and Porto Mariccio Project

The Vodnjan project comprises the areas of Dragonera and Porto Mariccio and represents an exclusive oasis of perfection on 350 hectares of land that extends along the unspoiled Adriatic coast, overlooking the Brijuni islands. The excellent position, only 10 kilometres from the historical centre of the City of Pula, as well as the combination of the clear sea and the historical heritage of the archaeological finds – make this area extremly attractive.

The project is envisaged as a tourist complex with first-rate hotels and villas, a marina, a rich offering of additional facilities and services, and a 155-hectare and 27-hole golf course.

Dragonera and Porto Mariccio are ready for the works to begin. Studies for the entire area have been prepared, all necessary permits are obtained and the master design was chosen among the numerous project proposals from inernational planning teams . The design concept is based on an architectural approach that respects the climate of the area and merges with the magnificent natural environment, harmoniously connecting the charm of the past with the comfort of today.

Our desire is to create a real paradise garden that will reveal the very nature of the art of well-being to its visitors.
